Healing recipes with Mariëlle Stolp. I love this artist and her work and was happy to work along with her video. Will make a few more of these girls for sure!
For a project I am about to start, I am practicing little watercolor paintings… The date is not about the painting 😊
Ran into this via Happy Ink’s blog and decided to join! Made this square card with a stencil and Distress ink. The words are from a PaperArtsy stamp set.

This was a fun technique! I put some drops of acrylic ink in a page protector and used a brayer to mix it up a bit. Then added two book paged and brayered again. The background was made! I used white ink and a stencil to create a little lighter part and then stamped the dragonfly and word. Added a few highlights and a shimmer to the wings… put it on a sturdy purple background and it’s done 🙂
Have not really thought about sending Easter cards this year… This one is made for a handmade card swap via Facebook… Enjoyed using my new Graphgear pencil to draw! Colored with watercolors and stitched a little border… Have to write the sentiment in it and it will be ready to go…
Enjoyed making the background for this one. My flowers weren’t really big enough for the shading this lesson was about but I like it anyway!
This one had to have: a game card, a ticket, the color brown, sheet music and paint. Think I got them all!
Earlier this week I posted the right side of this sweet face… I stamped on two ATC’s so I had the other half to work with also. I decided to use the same lay out but a different technique. I mixed my yellow watercolor with molding paste that has glitter in in. Same stampset, totally different looks!
Always fun to collage and stitch!
